Senior Manager, People Data & MI Insights

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, People Data and MI to lead a specialist team delivering trusted management information, dashboards and insights across the People function. You will oversee data platforms, reporting standards and analytical priorities to support evidence-based decisions.

Lead a team, drive automation and standardisation of data products, while ensuring compliance with data protection and information security. This is a hybrid role with some home working.
