Senior Manager Reporting Data

Lead reporting and data strategy remotely anywhere in Canada, using SQL, data modeling, and client communication to improve enterprise delivery. Manage a team while guiding dependable reporting and business insights.

Proof seeks a Senior Manager, Reporting & Data reporting to the Chief Product Officer. This player-coach role combines team development, technical decisions, client relationships, and implementation guidance. You will strengthen enterprise reporting while shaping internal data, BI capabilities, automation, and AI-related data needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own enterprise report requirements, accuracy, content, delivery, and service expectations
• Manage client relationships and provide crucial operational data
• Coach the data team and build independent problem-solving
• Review queries, data models, pipelines, and technical delivery priorities
• Develop dependable internal BI, SQL tooling, standards, monitoring, and access

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years in data, analytics, or reporting
• Three-plus years managing data or analytics teams
• Strong SQL proficiency and data-modeling knowledge
• Client discovery and technical tradeoff communication experience
• Production data systems, automation, warehouses, pipelines, and BI experience
