Senior Manager Reporting Data

Lead enterprise reporting and data strategy remotely anywhere in Canada, using strong SQL and data modeling to support Proof's largest clients. Proof seeks a Senior Manager, Reporting & Data to manage its data team and report to the Chief Product Officer. This player-coach role combines client discovery, technical decisions, and team development. You will strengthen dependable reporting while shaping internal data and business intelligence capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

Own enterprise report accuracy, content, delivery, and service expectations Manage client relationships and provide crucial operational data Coach the data team and build independent problem-solving ability Review queries, data models, pipelines, and technical delivery priorities Guide internal business intelligence, SQL tooling, and shared models Requirements:

Seven-plus years in data, analytics, or reporting Three-plus years managing a data or analytics team Strong SQL and data-modeling knowledge Client discovery and technical tradeoff communication experience Production data systems and automation experience Shape Proof's reporting, data systems, and client outcomes through SQL, team leadership, and dependable delivery across Canada.
