As a Salesforce Data Cloud and AgentForce Solution Architect at Deloitte Digital, you will design and implement scalable data-driven solutions across Sales, Service, and Commerce Clouds. You’ll lead end-to-end delivery, shaping data models, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows while ensuring governance and security. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into actionable Salesforce-based architectures. Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud instances with Sales, Service and Commerce Clouds
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from analysis to testing and performance
  • Identify and mitigate technical design and data model risks
  • Participate in technical design, data model workshops with engineers and stakeholders
  • Translate technical requirements into business narratives and present to executives
  • Leverage new Salesforce features to improve solutions and document technical work
  • Lead client discovery sessions for Salesforce Data Cloud requirements and act as a technical resource
  • Design, maintain data models, segmentation, architecture, and technical specs for workstreams
  • Guide development teams and maintain architectural integrity of solutions
  • Manage workstreams in large-scale Salesforce Data Cloud implementations
  • Design and integrate Agentforce-powered AI capabilities to enhance automation and engagement
  • Develop Generative AI workflows aligned with Salesforce Trust Layer security and compliance
  • Apply Agentic AI best practices for orchestrating multi-step Salesforce processes across Clouds
  • Identify AI-specific data usage, bias, and model risks and implement mitigations
  • Stay informed on Salesforce AI ecosystem features and identify value opportunities
Key requirements
  • Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant with end-to-end implementation experience
  • Agentforce Specialist certification with 1–2 client POCs
  • Salesforce Admin certification
  • Platform App Builder certification and experience implementing Salesforce Flows
  • Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
