Senior Manager Security Operations

Lead BDO’s security operations with expertise in threat detection and incident response through its blended office, client site, and virtual model. Protect systems, data, and digital assets while guiding operational security.

As Senior Manager, Security Operations, you will direct cybersecurity monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and operational security processes. The position requires progressive cybersecurity experience, enterprise security knowledge, and leadership across complex environments. You will manage operational risk, strengthen capabilities, and develop security professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish security operations direction, processes, and service delivery standards
• Oversee monitoring and threat detection capabilities
• Direct incident investigation, containment, recovery, and reviews
• Manage providers, technology partners, and internal relationships
• Develop metrics, reporting, and security posture dashboards

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive cybersecurity experience
• Experience in security operations, incident response, and threat management
• Experience leading, developing, and mentoring cybersecurity teams
• Knowledge of frameworks, standards, and industry best practices
• Degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field
