Senior Manager, Transaction Tax: M&A & Due Diligence

BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Manager to join our growing Transaction Tax Services practice. This role can be based out of any of our offices across Canada and offers an exciting opportunity to shape and expand a dynamic tax advisory practice. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with clients and deal teams on a wide range of transaction tax matters, including buy-side and sell-side due diligence, tax modelling, and post‑closing advisory engagements.
