Senior Manager, Transaction Tax — M&A & Structuring

BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Manager to lead our Transaction Tax Services practice across Canada. You will work with clients and deal teams on due diligence, structuring, and tax modelling for buy-side and sell-side engagements, and contribute to growth across the country.

The role requires CPA designation or LLB, a Master of Taxation or CPA in-depth tax program, and at least six years in professional services with tax expertise. English proficiency is essential for Quebec work.
