Senior Manager, UK – Defense Systems & Ecosystem Development

In this role you will shape and scale ADI’s UK defense systems presence, moving from components to integrated subsystems and solutions. You will align regional growth with global roadmaps, engage government and major defense customers, and build a UK-based Catalyst Lab to accelerate ecosystem collaboration. You will lead cross-functional efforts to ensure compliant, secure operations while expanding partnerships with ministries, primes, and research institutions. This is a strategic leadership role at a pivotal market, offering influence over long-term regional defense strategy and partnerships.

• Develop and execute the Aerospace & Defense growth strategy across the United Kingdom
• Align regional initiatives with global semiconductor and subsystem roadmaps
• Identify priority national defense programs and funding opportunities
• Serve as senior executive representative to UK customers and government stakeholders
• Lead the establishment of a customer-facing collaboration and support laboratory in the UK
• Stand up secure IT and export-controlled infrastructure
• Execute ADI defense engagement model for ecosystem collaboration
• Oversee catalyst operations, budget, and local execution in a matrixed environment
• Establish relationships with ministries of defense, primes, and subsystem integrators
• Identify co-funded R&D programs and public-private partnerships
• Ensure compliance with national security and export control requirements
• Scale responsibly while maintaining operational excellence
• Build trusted relationships with defense ministries and funding bodies
• Partner with universities, research institutions, and innovation clusters
• Position the company as a long-term UK defense systems partner

• UK national eligible for required security clearances
• 10+ years of leadership experience in UK aerospace or defense
• Proven track record of building and scaling organizations or regional operations
• Established network across UK defense ecosystems
