Senior Manufacturing Cost Accountant

Apply advanced Excel and cost accounting expertise as a Senior Accountant supporting manufacturing operations through a hybrid, three-day office model. Analyze plant finances and strengthen operational decisions.

This full-time permanent Senior Accountant role supports a well-established manufacturing organization. You will manage month-end close, manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and financial reporting. The position partners with Plant Managers and Operations teams while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Perform standard costing and manufacturing variance analysis
• Analyze inventory and production reporting for plant operations
• Partner with Operations teams on financial results and recommendations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure tracking

Requirements:

• Five-plus years of progressive manufacturing accounting experience
• Strong standard costing and inventory accounting experience
• Knowledge of month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
• Advanced Excel skills analyzing large datasets
• Experience working with ERP systems
