Senior Market Data Analyst (EMEA)

As Senior Market Intelligence Analyst, you will lead the collection, analysis and storytelling of market data for the EMEA region. You’ll collaborate with sales, product management and marketing to shape reports, dashboards and insights that drive informed decisions. You’ll build forecast models, identify knowledge gaps and benchmark competitors to support strategic initiatives. This role offers meaningful impact by turning data into actionable guidance for growth and product development within Zebra’s cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with EMEA sales, product management and marketing to define requirements for reports, dashboards, scorecards and analytics
• Support EMEA teams with intelligence research, competitive benchmarking, market segmentation and product input
• Analyze sales data and research to identify customer knowledge gaps and trends
• Create and maintain EMEA market data using methods like trending, visualization, and statistical analysis
• Oversee internal research initiatives across EMEA programs and communicate findings
• Leverage industry knowledge and internal intelligence to build robust demand forecast models
• Identify knowledge gaps in market analytics to support strategic business needs and plans

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in analytics, insights, marketing analysis, research or consulting
• Strong presentation and executive-level communication skills
• Ability to synthesize large data sets into trends and insights
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of PC-based spreadsheets and data warehousing; experience with statistical tools (SPSS, SAS) for quantitative analysis
