Overview
As a Senior Microservices Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices within the CIO Technology Engineering team. You will collaborate with Principal Engineer and cross‑functional squads to deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with business needs. You will implement microservices following established community practices, drive code quality through reviews, and help reduce risk and technical debt. You will mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and KPIs. This is an opportunity to shape our digital platforms at Hastings and support our ambitious growth in the UK market.
