Senior Microsoft 365 Support Analyst

Microsoft 365 expertise anchors this Senior Technical Support Analyst role at InsureLine, with hybrid work available in Port Coquitlam or Calgary.

As a Tier 3 analyst, you will provide expert end-user and systems support across InsureLine’s locations. The work combines Microsoft 365 administration, Azure support, networking, security, automation, and technical leadership. You will strengthen infrastructure through standardization, practical roadmaps, and repeatable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and improve Microsoft 365 identity, email, devices, and security
• Provide senior escalation support for complex technical incidents
• Coordinate resolution across internal teams and vendors
• Document standards, knowledge articles, decisions, and repeatable solutions
• Mentor team members through technical guidance and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Five years’ Microsoft 365 experience required
• Five years’ Azure experience required
• Five years’ desktop and help desk support required
• Microsoft Entra ID and Azure Virtual Desktop experience
• Clear English communication and similar senior support experience
