Overview
In this role you lead the ongoing development of the Global MS Dynamics CRM platform, delivering robust CRM solutions aligned with business processes. You’ll design, code, and test modules while ensuring quality, standard compliance, and best practices. You collaborate with global teams to improve the Dynamics solution, enabling data-driven decision making and cross-region support. This is a hands-on position that shapes a critical enterprise platform within a remote-delivery environment.
Responsibilities- Lead development of the Global MS Dynamics CRM platform
- Design, code, and test CRM modules per Architecture Blueprint
- Ensure solutions comply with client business processes and Dynamics standards
- Enhance existing solution using JScript, PowerApps, C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
- Participate in testing and documentation to meet quality standards
- Advance out-of-the-box functionality and best practices in Dynamics CRM
- Evangelize core Dynamics features to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve Dynamics solution across regions
- 5+ years development experience in JS, C#, .NET, SQL, PowerApps (1-2 yrs)
- 5+ years with Dynamics CRM areas (CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Portal)
- Experience aligning processes to out-of-the-box functionality
- Configuration and customization, testing and debugging
- Development tools: Visual Studio
- Excellent interpersonal skills; English as primary language
- Experience in global delivery and remote teams
- Experience in education sector and DevOps with solution design documentation
- MS Dynamics CRM Certifications
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
