Senior Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM Developer

Senior Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM Developer to lead and evolve the global MS Dynamics CRM platform. You will deliver solutions across varying complexity, aligned to business processes, and ensure quality through best-practice coding and testing. You’ll evangelise Dynamics features to stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across regions. This role combines hands-on development with architecture and governance in a remote, globally distributed setup, shaping CRM capabilities for the education sector.

• Lead ongoing development for the global MS Dynamics CRM platform
• Design, code, and test CRM modules to meet Architecture Blueprint specifications
• Develop solutions using JS, PowerApps, C#, .NET Core, and SQL Server
• Maintain high-quality platform in line with coding standards
• Ensure alignment with client business processes and requirements
• Participate in testing and documentation to meet Quality standards
• Advise on best practices based on Microsoft Dynamics standards
• Evangelise core Dynamics features to support business decision making
• Identify opportunities to improve Dynamics solutions for schools across regions

• 5+ years development in JS, C#, .NET, SQL, PowerApps
• 5+ years with all Dynamics areas (CRM, Marketing, Customer Service, Portal)
• Experience of process alignment to out-of-the-box functionality
• Configuration/customisation, testing and debugging
• Development tools (Visual Studio)
• Excellent interpersonal skills; English as primary language
• Experience in global delivery environment and remote teams
• Experience of education sector and DevOps with documenting solution design (High/low level)
• Must have MS Dynamics CRM certifications
• Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
