Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Analyst

Lead Microsoft infrastructure support through Windows Server administration, Azure management, and PowerShell automation as a senior technical escalation resource.

This Senior IT Analyst owns core infrastructure operations across server, identity, endpoint, and application environments. The work includes Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, and Azure administration. You will also support infrastructure projects, security standards, and technical documentation while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier III escalation support and technical leadership
• Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Group Policy
• Manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity governance
• Develop PowerShell automation and document technical solutions

Requirements:

• Five or more years managing Windows Server environments
• Strong Azure administration and infrastructure fundamentals
• Strong PowerShell automation and scripting skills
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online administration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience
