Overview
In this Senior Microsoft .NET Consultant role, you will deliver Level 3 support for business-critical .NET applications within a managed services setting. You’ll investigate complex issues, implement approved enhancements, and guide customers and teams to ensure stable, secure services. You will act as a senior escalation point, driving resolutions and shaping application improvements. The position blends deep technical work with customer engagement and hands-on development, offering impact across client portfolios.

- Deliver application enhancements, change requests and project work across customer portfolios
- Investigate and resolve complex incidents, defects and performance issues
- Gather requirements with customer stakeholders and provide technical guidance
- Mentor junior consultants and act as a senior technical resource across accounts
- Assist with Azure DevOps pipeline maintenance and automation opportunities
- C# / .NET Framework / .NET Core
- ASP.NET MVC / Web APIs
- SQL Server troubleshooting

- Incident / Problem / Change Management
- Minor enhancement and change delivery experience
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in managed service environments
