Senior Microsoft SQL Server Architect

Lead Microsoft SQL Server architecture, performance tuning, and governance for enterprise data platforms as an experienced SQL Architect. Partner across technical and business teams.

This senior-level role designs and evolves secure, scalable database environments supporting operations and analytics. You will shape data models, optimize SQL workloads, guide integration, and oversee cloud-based solutions. Collaboration spans data engineers, BI developers, application teams, enterprise architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design enterprise database architectures and logical and physical data models
• Establish database standards, naming conventions, and governance practices
• Optimize queries, stored procedures, ETL processes, and database performance
• Design high-availability and disaster recovery solutions
• Lead architecture reviews and critical incident remediation

Requirements:

• Ten-plus years in database development, administration, or data architecture
• Five-plus years in architecture or senior technical leadership
• Expert Microsoft SQL Server architecture and database technology knowledge
• Enterprise-scale OLTP and data warehouse design experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
