Senior Mining Field Services Analyst

Lead complex mining deployments for Wenco International Mining Systems, applying advanced hardware, network, and software troubleshooting across remote sites.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager, North America, this senior analyst leads higher-risk field work across Wenco systems. You will establish installation baselines, support new product introductions, and provide field leadership during commissioning. The work connects installation quality, client support, documentation, and mentoring across active mine sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex installation, commissioning, and verification for new deployments
• Establish as-built records, quality checks, and clean operational handovers
• Analyze hardware, network, and software faults across fleet vehicles
• Build procedures, troubleshooting guides, and client training materials
• Mentor analysts and represent Wenco during client escalations

Requirements:

• Five to ten years in field services or technical software support
• Mining, industrial technology, or related environment experience
• Advanced rugged equipment installation and electrical fault-finding experience
• Networking, radio, LTE, GNSS, RTK, Windows, and SQL knowledge
• Valid driver's licence, passport, and remote-site travel availability
