In this role you lead the integration of platform, mission and support systems for future naval platforms, shaping platform-agnostic architectures that connect propulsion, power, control, and combat subsystems. You will operate in complex system-of-systems environments to deliver safe, interoperable solutions aligned with Hybrid Navy objectives. You’ll influence strategy across customers, suppliers and engineering teams while driving future-ready platform integration to enhance operational performance and capability growth. - Define standards, interfaces and integration principles
- Resolve cross-domain integration and interoperability challenges

- Support digital ship technologies, automation and control systems
- Influence stakeholders on platform integration strategy and delivery
- Degree in Engineering or related subject
- Full membership of an appropriate engineering institution and Chartered Engineer status (or actively working towards)
- Extensive experience in maritime systems integration and system-of-systems architecture
- Strong knowledge of platform automation, control systems and digital engineering
