Senior ML & AI Platform Lead — Azure & MLOps

First Central seeks a Lead Machine Learning & AI Engineer to drive end-to-end ML/AI systems and operations. You will guide a team of ML Ops Engineers, Analytics Engineers and AI Engineers while partnering with Data Science, Pricing, Data Engineering and Software Development.

The role is a flexible hybrid position, predominantly home-based with one day per month in the office at Haywards Heath, Manchester or Guernsey, with opportunities to spend more time in the office if needed.
