Senior ML Compiler Engineer — Equity & AI Accelerator Stack

Fractile is seeking Senior ML Compiler Engineers to work on the compiler stack for our AI accelerators in either Bristol or London. You will shape the IR, lowering, optimisations and execution model to push inference speed beyond today’s systems.

The role requires strong C/C++, MLIR/TVM experience, and a deep understanding of computer architecture and performance techniques in a fast-paced startup setting.
