Senior Mobile Automation Engineer (SC Cleared)

In this role, you will lead mobile automation efforts within a large-scale digital programme, shaping testing practices across multiple product teams. You will drive automation strategy and ensure high-quality mobile experiences on iOS and Android, collaborating with senior engineering and QA stakeholders. You’ll build and improve scalable frameworks, mentor testers, and advance testing tools and processes. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position in a remote-first setup with opportunities to work across teams and domains.

• Define and implement mobile automation testing strategies
• Build, maintain and improve scalable automation frameworks
• Drive quality engineering best practice across multiple teams
• Deliver automated end-to-end, integration, regression and API testing
• Collaborate with developers, architects, analysts and product stakeholders
• Support and mentor other testers within the team
• Champion continuous improvement across testing tools, processes and approaches
• Influence engineering teams to adopt effective testing and quality practices

• Active SC Clearance
• Strong commercial experience in mobile test automation
• Proven experience testing both iOS and Android applications
• Experience building or enhancing automation frameworks
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright and/or Selenium
• API testing experience
• End-to-end testing experience within agile delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
