Senior MSP Infrastructure Engineer

Lead Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure projects as a Senior Systems Engineer in Toronto, working hybrid three days weekly. Deliver migrations hands-on while advising a key enterprise client.

This senior MSP engineer delivers implementations and migrations for business clients. You will support Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualized infrastructure, SQL, and Linux environments. The position combines project delivery with technical planning and client guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on implementation and migration projects for clients
• Implement infrastructure refreshes across multiple sites
• Contribute to scoping and solution design with architects
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL, and Linux environments
• Coordinate technical responses during serious account incidents

Requirements:

• Five or more years delivering MSP implementations and infrastructure projects
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Azure experience in managed services
• Server infrastructure and Hyper-V or VMware virtualization experience
• Database-driven environment experience, including SQL and Linux
• Independent judgment and strong client communication skills
