Senior Mutual Fund Operations Associate

Process complex mutual fund transactions accurately as a Senior Operations Associate supporting distribution partners and advisor relationships. This permanent full-time role emphasizes regulatory knowledge and attention to detail.

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Administration, you will process financial and non-financial transactions for clients’ mutual fund accounts. You will review advisor-entered transactions, resolve requirements, and support Quadrus and fund company business processes. Success requires organized work and dependable daily execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process complex transactions for mutual fund accounts
• Review transactions entered by advisors
• Communicate requirements for trades not in good order
• Track and report transaction activity
• Meet service standards and daily deadlines

Requirements:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Attention to detail in transaction processing
• Knowledge of mutual fund industry guidelines preferred
• IFIC Operations or Investment Funds Course is an asset
• Advisor communication experience is an asset
