Senior Neonatal ODN Lead & Network Improvement

Birmingham Women’s & Children’s NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a postholder to lead the Neonatal ODN workstreams and support the broader network programme across the West Midlands. You will work with clinical and managerial leads and act as an ambassador for patients within network activities.

The role requires strong relationship-building, project management, and a drive to transform neonatal services with a patient-centered approach.
