Senior .NET Backend Lead — Azure & Microservices (Hybrid)

RAC is seeking a Senior Backend .NET Software Engineer to lead the Breakdown team, delivering scalable backend services using .NET Core, C#, SQL and Azure. You will shape architecture, drive best practices, and mentor engineers while staying hands-on in a high-traffic, critical system.

You’ll contribute to long-term tech strategy, promote CI/CD and DevOps tooling, and collaborate with Product and other tech functions to deliver customer-focused solutions from the RAC Digital ecosystem.
