Overview

In this role you will analyze, maintain, and develop corporate web applications, ensuring robust, well-documented solutions. You will collaborate with clients and users, model requirements, and deliver tested software builds while upholding quality standards. You’ll lead Blue Prism platform administration and contribute to process automation within a secure, highly available IT backbone. This is a hands-on role that blends development with system analysis and project planning to support digital platforms at scale.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in client and user meetings and clearly communicate issues and solutions
  • Model user requirements including information flows, processes, data objects, and dialogues
  • Create technical solutions from specifications within technical constraints
  • Develop, modify, test, and correct complex program modules
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and define integration modules
  • Prepare software builds for implementation and ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Assist in defining and justifying new projects or changes to business processes
  • Manage support and maintenance needs
  • Take a lead role in Blue Prism platform administration and ownership
Key requirements
  • Blue Prism solution development, enhancement, and support
  • Design, creation, and maintenance of Blue Prism Processes and Business Objects
  • Experience with Blue Prism Control Room operations, monitoring, scheduling, and queue management
  • 4+ years of C#, MVC (v5+), .NET Core (>= .NET 6), and Blazor frontend experience
  • Proficiency in web technologies (JQuery, JSON, XML, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap)
  • Experience with SQL Server (design, stored procedures, LINQ, Entity Framework)
  • Developing Windows Services and Web APIs (WCF, Web API)
  • Visual Studio 2022+ and TFS/DevOps 2022
  • Experience in Change and Incident Management with strict SLAs
  • Ability to coordinate application releases and support both Agile and Waterfall delivery
