Senior .NET Software Developer Toronto

Build .NET applications onsite in Toronto using C#, Azure, and identity management solutions across public sector platforms and services.

This Senior Software Developer supports the Community Services Cluster and Data Product Services Branch. You will translate specifications into tested applications, enhance existing platforms, and troubleshoot software. The work includes IAM solutions, Azure DevOps pipelines, Power BI, and Oracle technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate technical specifications into working, tested applications
• Develop detailed programming specifications and technical documentation
• Design, code, test, debug, and document applications
• Maintain and enhance branch platforms including EDCS and Picasso
• Resolve software issues during implementation, conversion, and migrations

Requirements:

• Experience developing and debugging .NET applications
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, AngularJS, and Entity Framework
• Experience developing in Microsoft Azure and using Azure DevOps
• Experience with IAM solutions and reusable authorization services
• Strong analytical, communication, and technical recommendation skills
