Senior .NET/React Engineer — Path to Tech Leadership

erg group is seeking a solid .NET developer to join a small, close-knit team with a succession path to Head of Technology over three to five years. A practical, ambitious technologist will lead, learn, and influence across multiple projects.

Role is roughly 65% backend (.NET Core) and 35% frontend (React), with AI tooling (Claude) integrated into workflows and Cosmos DB on Azure as part of a NoSQL backend. Mentoring and steady growth are expected.
