Senior NetSuite Administrator & Developer

In this role you will own and evolve Riverlane’s NetSuite environment as it scales, combining administration with development to deliver robust, secure ERP. You will collaborate with Finance, Operations and IT to translate business needs into NetSuite solutions, automate tasks, and ensure data integrity and compliance. The role sits at the heart of a multi-phase ERP rollout, offering hands-on impact as the platform grows across entities and currencies. You’ll shape system governance, reporting, and integrations to enable fast, data-driven decisions.

• Configure and maintain NetSuite, including roles, permissions, workflows, and preferences
• Ensure configurations align with business processes and compliance
• Perform routine maintenance, updates, and issue troubleshooting for stability
• Serve as NetSuite expert, provide end-user training
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and security; manage access controls
• Utilize sandbox environments and manage biannual releases
• Design and maintain custom scripts and workflows (SuiteScript, JavaScript, SuiteQL)
• Implement process improvements using native features and integrations
• Develop dashboards and reports; support data transformation and visualization
• Lead NetSuite integrations with other platforms; collaborate with Finance, Operations and IT
• Support change requests with testing and documentation; help grow IT team capacity

• 3+ years hands-on NetSuite administration in a comparable role
• Proficient in SuiteScript, JavaScript, SuiteQL
• Strong data transformation and reporting skills
• Experience with financial data and ERP rollouts
• NetSuite certifications preferred (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, or SuiteCloud Developer)
• Understanding of data security, access control and ISO/Cyber Essentials
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Customer-focused, project-management discipline, ability to manage multiple priorities
