Senior NetSuite Finance Systems Manager

Lead NetSuite strategy and finance systems optimization at Dandy, supporting scalable operations across Canada. Apply hands-on configuration, integrations, and process expertise.

As Senior Manager, Finance Systems, you will lead core finance systems strategy, implementation, and optimization. Your initial focus is NetSuite, expanding across Procure-to-Pay, Order to Cash, and Record to Report. You will improve automation and scalability while managing technical resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the Finance Systems function’s structure, vision, and growth paths
• Build scalable processes, methodologies, and tools for finance systems
• Establish configuration, data management, security, testing, and deployment standards
• Guide NetSuite SuiteScript development and API integration resources
• Promote data-driven reporting, analysis, and finance decision-making

Requirements:

• Seven-plus years working with core finance systems
• Four-plus years managing or leading finance systems projects
• Hands-on NetSuite configuration and administration experience
• Understanding of integrations, data flows, SuiteScript, and technical specifications
• Experience implementing or scaling finance systems for growth
