Senior Network Analyst

In this role you will own and evolve the operation and maintenance of critical IT infrastructure and end-user devices within a government context. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure secure, reliable network services and telephony, supporting both local and national connectivity. • Maintain and support network services and infrastructure including servers, databases, networks, and end-user devices
• Manage network and telephony services for local and national access
• Ensure security standards for information and IT services are upheld
• Respond to complaints and incidents related to network performance and security
• Collaborate with IT teams to deliver properly engineered IT services and products
• Support migration activities for Fortinet/firewalls and related technologies

• Cloud Networking skills (AWS or Azure)
• HP/Aruba switches knowledge
• Fortinet/Firewalls/migration experience
• Routing/Switching and Firewall expertise
• ITIL understanding
