Senior Network Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 170,000 per year

• Must be a U.S. citizen due to work with law enforcement agencies
• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise network infrastructure
• Strong background in LAN/WAN/WLAN design and support
• Proficient in SD-WAN, Multi-WAN failover, and Multi-Site IPSEC VPN
• Extensive knowledge of switching, routing, BGP, VLANs, VPN, DHCP, and DNS
• Experience with core/edge switching, segmentation, security, and remote access
• Ability to monitor WAN circuits and firewalls, including security updates and patch management
• Demonstrated advanced Tier 2+ troubleshooting capabilities
• Skill in creating and maintaining network diagrams for various environments
• Experience in infrastructure upgrades, greenfield projects, and new construction
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong client management and relationship-building capabilities
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and business continuity

• Engage in the planning, execution, and oversight of network deployments and upgrades
• Document client environments and conduct assessments for potential new services
• Upgrade infrastructure and construction projects
• Address server, software, and connectivity issues concerning network infrastructure
• Serve as an upper-tier engineer for T2/T3 escalations
• Provide remote and onsite support for critical customer infrastructure
• Utilize network monitoring tools to pinpoint and resolve issues
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving internal processes
