Senior Network Engineer - Collaboration Services

Senior Network Engineer to design, build, deploy and support enterprise Cisco-based networks in a high-security Defence context. You will work in a cross-functional team to meet rapid operational needs and strategic projects, driving reliability and innovation. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge networking and DevOps practices within a DV-cleared environment. You will shape network solutions and governance while collaborating with customers and partners to deliver secure, resilient systems.

• Design, build, deploy and support enterprise networks
• Respond to operational requirements for rapid defence activities
• Support strategic projects to meet objectives
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance of production systems
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners and teams
• Work within a team to deliver against SLA’s and XLA’s
• Lead or support investigations into complex service problems and implement solutions

• Experience with Cisco products and willingness to obtain certification
• Experience in ITIL environment
• Hands-on Cisco solutions (Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Wireless APs)
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, ACLs and related networking technologies
