Senior Network Infrastructure Manager

Lead network infrastructure strategy at Montréal-based Groupe Dynamite Inc., guiding stability, security, budgeting, and operational delivery across GDI.

As Senior Manager, you will plan, organize, and manage network infrastructure operations. You will lead six team members while supporting evolving business needs. The role combines service delivery, technical support, compliance, vendor oversight, and roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead six staff maintaining network stability and security
• Manage budgets, spending, licenses, and project schedules
• Develop internal IT infrastructure auditing processes with Audit
• Hire external auditing and security firms when required
• Improve service delivery, costs, and customer productivity

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 10+ years managing infrastructure design and operations
• 5+ years successfully leading infrastructure teams
• Expertise with networking, Windows Server, Linux, VMware, and Proxmox
• Experience with multi-cloud, identity, SIEM, EDR, and scripting
