Senior Network Management Systems Developer

Lead scalable NMS development using YANG, NETCONF, RESTCONF, and CI/CD automation for complex carrier-grade telecommunications networks.

This experienced developer role focuses on designing, developing, and enhancing Network Management System applications. You will manage network resources, services, alarms, and performance while integrating industry-standard technologies. Collaboration spans software, systems, operations, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams within Agile SAFe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NMS application design, development, and enhancement
• Implement scalable network resource and service management
• Develop and maintain YANG data models
• Integrate third-party NMS vendors and technology partners
• Maintain automated testing frameworks supporting CI/CD

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline
• 12+ years developing carrier-grade NMS, EMS, or automation
• Strong NMS architecture and interoperability knowledge
• Experience with NETCONF, RESTCONF, gRPC, gNMI, and gNOI
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills
