Senior Network Operations Analyst

Lead complex network troubleshooting at TD in Mississauga, using trace analysis and operational expertise to resolve critical incidents globally.

This Senior Analyst supports TD’s L2 Tech Response team and reports to the Senior Manager of Network Operations. The role requires deep networking knowledge, automation experience, and concise communication. You will help maintain critical network services across wired, wireless, cloud, and security platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze network traces to identify incident root causes quickly
• Resolve critical and escalated network incidents through L2 support
• Direct colleagues toward resolution during complex troubleshooting
• Manage queues when required during incident response
• Participate in on-call pager rotations

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on relevant networking experience
• Expert-level trace analysis skills
• Experience supporting large, complex network environments
• Knowledge of cloud, SD-WAN, firewalls, and load balancers
• Flexibility for on-call, rotation, and shift timing
