Senior Network Operations Engineer

Lead enterprise network troubleshooting and critical changes in a hybrid Network Data L3 Engineer role, working onsite three to four days weekly.

This experienced engineer supports network infrastructure in a 24x7 operational environment. The work includes routing and switching, Cisco BGP and OSPF, and enterprise and data center troubleshooting. The position also requires major incident management, service improvements, and technical leadership across network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced troubleshooting across enterprise and data center networks
• Manage major incidents within 24x7 network operations
• Execute critical network changes with operational control
• Deliver service improvements across network operations
• Collaborate with customers, senior stakeholders, and offshore teams

Requirements:

• Eight or more years in enterprise network operations, engineering, or infrastructure support
• Strong routing and switching skills as the primary capability
• Cisco routing and switching experience with BGP and OSPF
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments
• Exposure to WAN, LAN, data center, and network security technologies
