Senior Network Security Administrator

Protect Tangerine’s hybrid infrastructure in Toronto using enterprise firewalls, endpoint security, and security event investigation expertise. This role follows a hybrid office schedule.

As a Senior Network Security Administrator, you will support Tangerine, a Scotiabank subsidiary, within the Network and Delivery Services Team. Reporting to the Manager, Network Security & Systems, you will administer security across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. The role includes rotational 24/7 on-call support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy and administer network and endpoint security solutions
• Monitor, update, and maintain hybrid security environments
• Review configurations, logs, scripts, and technical specifications
• Investigate security events and recommend countermeasures
• Troubleshoot complex issues in production environments

Requirements:

• At least five years administering enterprise security infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with next-generation firewalls
• At least three years with intrusion prevention and endpoint solutions
• Knowledge of routing, switching, network layers, and protocols
• Post-secondary education in technology or related fields
