In this role you help strengthen the reliability, availability and scalability of Miro’s production environment. You’ll focus on cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code, and network reliability within AWS, working to improve deployment, operation, observation, and governance at scale. You collaborate with a distributed team to apply governance, build automated solutions, and optimize the network and infrastructure stack. - Improve operational excellence for AWS infrastructure and services
- Build and lead CI/CD pipelines and automate IaC deployments
- Implement automation and observability across infrastructure resources
- Contribute ideas and implement improvements to the infrastructure stack
- Participate in production incident response through on-call rotation
- Maintain and develop Terraform-based IaC codebase
- Build and optimize Amazon Load Balancers for high availability
- Configure CloudFront distributions to improve end-user experience
- Develop and enforce governance policies for cloud infrastructure
- Maintain and develop CloudWan infrastructure
- 8+ years of professional experience in infrastructure, reliability, networking, or software engineering
- 6+ years in SRE, DevOps, Network Engineering, Software Engineering or similar
- Hands-on AWS experience: EC2, VPC, ALB, S3, Route 53, CloudFront
- Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, BGP, IPv6; hands-on AWS Cloud WAN
- Deep Terraform experience
- Strong DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and production operations understanding
- Strong Linux skills; proficient in Python, Bash, or another scripting language
- Experience driving cross-functional projects in Agile environments
- Strong problem-solving skills for distributed systems and networks
