Senior Neuron Explorer Software Engineer

As a Senior Software Development Engineer on the Developer Experiences team, you will develop Neuron Explorer for Trainium and Inferentia. The work spans performance analysis, interactive visualization, developer workflows, and AI-powered recommendations. You will help customers optimize workloads across single-node and distributed applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build performance data collection pipelines and analysis engines
• Develop visualizations for complex profiling data
• Own features through design, testing, deployment, and operations
• Collaborate with compiler, runtime, and chip architecture teams
• Integrate generative AI into recommendation capabilities

Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional software development experience
• Experience mentoring, serving as technical lead, or leading teams
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Machine learning and large language model fundamentals
• PyTorch, JIT compilation, or AOT tracing experience preferred
