Senior NLP Data Scientist AWS

Lead NLP and machine learning innovation as a Senior Data Scientist at Intact in a hybrid work model. Build AI solutions using Python and AWS.

This senior role develops end-to-end AI solutions for real business cases and leads new NLP solution exploration, implementation, and testing. You will transform complex data into insights, guide software improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders, developers, designers, and data scientists. The team builds software in AWS while applying rigorous data science practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop end-to-end AI solutions
• Lead exploration and testing of NLP solutions
• Transform unstructured data into actionable insights
• Analyze software usage patterns and recommend improvements
• Coach teammates and enforce data science practices

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• At least five years in data science and product development
• Strong NLP and machine learning experience
• Experience integrating and evaluating Large Language Models
• Python, GitHub, AWS, and CI/CD production experience
