Senior Odoo developer

In this role you will own the architecture, development and ongoing modernization of the company’s Odoo ERP/MRP platform within an advanced aerospace environment. You’ll lead upgrades, build bespoke modules, and integrate critical systems to improve manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales and finance. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and contribute to a long-term platform strategy. This is a high-impact, hands-on opportunity to shape a core enterprise system and drive operational efficiency.

• Lead Odoo upgrades and migrations across major versions with minimal business disruption
• Design and develop custom Odoo modules from concept to deployment
• Build and support integrations between Odoo and external systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
• Maintain high development standards through reviews, testing, and documentation
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and identify improvement areas
• Keep custom developments close to Odoo core to ease future upgrades
• Produce technical documentation and provide project updates
• Contribute to the long-term technical roadmap and platform strategy

• Minimum 5 years’ Odoo development experience
• Proven upgrades across multiple major Odoo versions (e.g., v15–v18)
• Track record of developing and deploying custom Odoo modules
• Deep knowledge of core Odoo apps: Manufacturing, Inventory, Purchasing, Sales, Accounting, User Access & Security
• Advanced Python with Odoo ORM
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript experience, OWL framework
• PostgreSQL and Linux experience
• REST APIs and third-party integrations
• Understanding of Odoo architecture, models, views, workflows, security and best practices
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills
