Senior Okta Developer

Millenilink is looking for a Senior Okta Developer to support a large-scale Identity and Access Management transformation.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced Okta professional who can help implement and migrate enterprise identity services into a modern target-state Okta environment. You’ll work across application integration, identity lifecycle management, provisioning, authentication, governance, testing and production deployment.

Where You’ll Make an Impact

• Configure and implement Okta capabilities supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management.
• Integrate applications into Okta and configure authentication, federation and provisioning using technologies such as SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM and REST APIs .
• Configure application onboarding, user and group provisioning, entitlement mapping, access requests and identity lifecycle processes.
• Implement identity governance capabilities including RBAC, Segregation of Duties, access reviews/certifications and governance workflows .
• Support migration of applications and identity services into the target Okta environment, including configuration validation, reconciliation and post-migration validation.
• Work with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and supporting identity infrastructure as part of the broader IAM ecosystem.
• Develop and execute functional test scenarios and support system integration testing, UAT, security validation and performance validation .
• Troubleshoot configuration, integration and deployment issues through testing and production rollout.
• Support production deployment, cutover, rollback planning and go-live readiness.
• Create technical documentation, configuration standards, runbooks and operational knowledge transfer.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience developing and implementing solutions on the Okta platform .
• Deep understanding of IAM, authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, identity lifecycle management and access governance .
• Experience integrating enterprise applications using SAML 2.0, OIDC/OAuth, SCIM and APIs .
• Experience with application onboarding, provisioning, group management and entitlement mapping.
• Experience with Okta Identity Governance and enterprise access-control models.
• Experience supporting complex IAM migrations and enterprise-scale application integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across identity, application and integration layers.
• Ability to work effectively with architects, security teams, application owners and other technical stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
