Senior Operations Data Analyst

Own operational metrics and dashboards at Waabi, using strong SQL and analytical judgment. Work across fleet data to improve measurable performance.

As a Senior Data Analyst in Operations, you will shape analytical foundations for fleet performance, utilization, uptime, readiness, and commercial reporting. The position requires SQL, Python or R, and experience cleaning, validating, and analyzing data from multiple sources. You will also apply statistical methods to identify performance drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and continuously improve core operational fleet metrics
• Build datasets, models, pipelines, and automated workflows
• Standardize dashboards and recurring operations reporting
• Analyze delays, downtime, productivity, and root causes
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Three to five years in analytics or business intelligence
• Strong SQL with relational dataset experience
• Python or R experience, with pandas preferred
• Statistical literacy including regression and significance testing
