Senior Operations Lead - Salesforce & Growth Systems

Love Success Recruitment is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to drive structure, clarity and momentum in a fast-moving SME consultancy. You will lead a small team and oversee Salesforce developments, data quality, reporting and business insight to support commercial priorities.

The role also covers IT, AI, automation, people operations and regulatory compliance, with a hands-on yet strategic leadership style. Hybrid working is offered with in-office collaboration at least part of the week.
