Senior Operations Manager Wealth Management

Lead complex Wealth Management operations in Toronto using regulatory expertise, process improvement, and sound decision-making. This full-time role manages time-sensitive departmental performance.

As Senior Manager, Operations, you will direct Managers and experienced contributors across specialized processes. You will oversee compliance, controls, metrics, budgets, stakeholder relationships, and operational risk. The role also emphasizes coaching, performance management, succession planning, and organizational initiatives within RBC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead department operations and make performance decisions
• Monitor regulations, controls, metrics, budgets, and efficiency
• Build relationships with clients, teams, and vendors
• Coach employees and support succession planning
• Champion cross-functional initiatives and organizational change

Requirements:

• Four-year degree or equivalent qualification
• Five-plus years of securities, banking, technology, or related experience
• Five-plus years leading and managing teams
• Canadian Securities license recommended
• Knowledge of regulatory, audit, brokerage, and vendor operations
