Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant

Overview

As a Senior Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant, you will lead complex Oracle Cloud integration projects within our Managed Services practice. You’ll serve as the technical authority on Oracle Cloud integrations, guiding design and architecture while partnering with customers and cross-functional teams. You’ll drive reliability, security, and scalability in large-scale ERP, HCM, and SCM cloud environments, shaping service delivery and technical direction. This role offers impact through solution leadership, innovation, and client-facing advisory work.

• Own design, support, and continual improvement of enterprise Oracle Integrations (OIC)
• Design and deliver robust OIC solutions and optimise existing integrations
• Support complex integration landscapes spanning SaaS, PaaS, and on-prem environments
• Drive reliability, performance, resilience, and scalability of integrations
• Lead technical investigations and complex problem resolution
• Act as trusted technical advisor for Oracle Cloud integration best practices
• Influence design decisions and solution architecture
• Support governance, compliance, and knowledge-sharing across the Oracle team
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to service innovation initiatives
• Manage incidents, problems, and change activities in line with ITIL principles
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and knowledge assets

• In-depth experience with Oracle integration technologies
• Extensive hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud integrations
• Experience supporting and enhancing business-critical integration services
• Strong customer-facing consulting and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in Managed Services, Application Support, or operational environments
• Ability to lead technical discussions and provide expert guidance to technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud applications and integration architecture
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, Oracle SCM Cloud
• REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, security protocols and authentication mechanisms
