Senior Oracle Database Architect

Lead Oracle architecture and database administration on-site five days weekly, applying enterprise infrastructure and performance tuning expertise. Support critical technology environments.

This Senior Technology Architect / Database Administrator leads enterprise infrastructure architecture, database administration, middleware support, system integration, and technology upgrades. The work spans Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, UNIX/Linux, Windows Server, and enterprise platforms. The position also supports deployments across development, testing, UAT, and production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead infrastructure upgrades, deployments, migrations, patching, and capacity planning
• Design enterprise database, middleware, and integration solutions
• Administer and optimize Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 databases
• Manage security, tuning, backups, recovery, and troubleshooting
• Develop documentation and coordinate change and release management

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Oracle Database experience, including Oracle RAC and Data Guard
• 10+ years of UNIX/Linux, Solaris, and Windows Server experience
• 10+ years of infrastructure scaling, planning, and capacity management
• Experience with Oracle 19c or newer and enterprise database integration
• On-site availability five days per week
