Senior Oracle E-Business Suite SCM Functional Consultant

In this role you drive complex Oracle EBS SCM transformations, owning workstreams and engaging senior stakeholders to deliver end-to-end implementations. You will shape supply chain solutions, mentor colleagues, and help clients modernise operations. The position sits in Version 1's established Oracle practice, working with top organisations across multiple industries. You’ll influence strategic decisions and deliver measurable business value through robust functional design and delivery. • Lead Oracle EBS SCM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, and optimisation projects
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and document business requirements
• Design and configure Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain solutions
• Deliver functional analysis, testing, training, implementation, and post-go-live support
• Create and maintain business process maps and solution documentation
• Advise clients on best-practice processes and drive business transformation
• Support project planning, risk management, and change management activities
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful project delivery
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge transfer
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex functional and system challenges

• Extensive experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite SCM solutions
• Strong knowledge of discrete manufacturing processes and Oracle Manufacturing capabilities
• Hands-on experience with BOM, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Order Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering
• Experience delivering full project lifecycles using AIM and/or OUM
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills
• Experience with senior business leaders, programme sponsors, and IT executives
• Strong workshop facilitation, requirements gathering, and solution design
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects
